Zermatt is car-free. Guests arrive by train or taxi from Täsch. Once you are on the way, please call us on +41 79 667 56 02 and we will order the electric taxi for you. The taxi will collect you from the train station or taxi terminal in Zermatt and take you to Chalet Nepomuk. Our CAT transporter will bring your luggage the last few metres to the house.
Will you arrive earlier? Or would you like to spend your last day skiing? We will take charge of your luggage and have it transported to the station on request. If you enjoyed your stay so much that you want to come back, we will store your skis, boots, etc. for next time.
Each apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and free coffee capsules.
Zermatt is car-free. All cars must be left in Täsch and the last part of the journey is done by Zermatt Shuttle or taxi. On request, we reserve a parking place including transport service with our friends at Parking & Taxi Christoph or at Taxi Fredy.
Our friends Marianne and Beni Perren at the 'Flexrent' ski rental shop offer our guests a 10% discount on ski and boot rental. The shop is located at the valley station of the Sunegga Bahn and has arranged an exchange with Dorsaz Sport at the Klein Matterhorn Bahn valley station. If you go to Flexrent, you can conveniently drop off your entire ski equipment in the evening and walk back home, or to your après-ski entertainment, in normal shoes. Your ski boots will be aired and dried over night.
Each apartment has its own high-speed WiFi network. Its is easy to log in, and use of the WiFi is free.

If necessary, we can offer a further double room for an additional charge. The room accommodates two adults and has the same furnishing and equipment as all other bedrooms at Chalet Nepomuk, including a directly accessible shower.
On request, we arrange for intermediate cleaning of your apartment once or several times a week. This is subject to a charge. All bookings of seven days and longer include one free intermediate cleaning. During the intermediate cleaning we also replace the bed linen and towels.
